As a Belfast native with an eye for urban hotels, I approached Novoleste with anticipation, seeking the balance of luxury and value. While the rooftop pool and lounge provided a lovely atmosphere for sunset viewing, my overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and maintenance lapses. Upon arrival, I encountered a dirty room and shifted to another, only to find a disappointing shower with barely a trickle. In a spacious room lacking bedside lamps, I had to traverse a distance to reach the light switch, creating unnecessary hassle. Despite a vibrant bar/lounge area and 24-hour reception service, the housekeeping left much to be desired, detracting from the potential elegance of this establishment. For travelers considering Novoleste, I advise weighing the costs against these drawbacks.
